It’s all well and good to add a new design to an old building, but SPA takes a deep interest in creating architecture that can compliment the original features in the building, enhancing the overall design. We believe that it’s the quirky features in a building that define its character, which is why we try to retain as many of these features as possible. From windows to timber roof supports, banisters to radiators, each feature stands alongside our added modern elements to give life to the building. We’ve made a selection from some of our projects.
