We’re very happy that another of our projects is about to spring off the drawing board into reality – on site!
We’ve just been granted full planning permission to bring this five storey house in South Hill Park Conservation Area back to its original state (plus just a little more). Built as a single family dwelling, converted into two flats, then three, then back to two again, this Victorian terraced house will return to being home of a single family once again. There’s a sneak peek of the project as seen from the rear garden together with its new extension to compliment the historic closet wing extension. Be ready for more!
