We enjoy all stages of architectural projects but demolition is definitely one of our favourites. Stripping-out the old is a good lesson in history and it has been no different this time. We discovered two redundant staircases, one on top of another dramatically cut in the middle. Look closer and you will see the lower one is stone-made, belonging squarely to the beginning of 20th century.
