Open House Festival has just published the programme for 2025. This year we delighted to be adding another of our projects to our usual studio show-piece in Belsize Park.
9b Rosslyn Hill is a mid-century terraced house, subtly re-designed and retrofitted for future. Inspired by the nearby mid-century icon, Erno Goldfinger’s Willow Road and the later and further afield, Barbican Centre inspired the design approach of the deep retrofit and enlargement of this 1950s two-story terraced house. The house has also been made entirely fossil-fuel-free. It is fitted with an air source heat pump, solar panels and whole house mechanical ventilation with heat recovery system.
