Retrofitting and redesigning Listed Buildings can be painstakingly slow. But slow projects can present opportunities for layering the ideas, trying out something entirely different and finessing of details. Opportunities arise for simple interventions like applying bold colours to surfaces or assigning dual-functions to custom-built furniture. It is a joy seeing it all come together during the final stages of work on site and witnessing client’s transformation of a building site into a home again.
