We have been watching over the gently paced delivery of these two, entirely independent structures on the same site for nearly 18 months. The differences between them could not be more obvious, yet there are many similarities at play here too. Both are of modest footprint, single story, timber framed and timber particle insulated, with very low heat demand. Both are externally clad in materials which weather naturally and only take on their final external appearance some time after their indoors are well settled and fully used.
