The London Festival of Architecture takes place next month, and we are excited to be putting together the agenda for our event: SPA’s Project Crawl through Belsize Park.
In addition to being able to see our own studio and upstairs flat, visitors will ALSO be given the opportunity to trundle down the lane and have a guided walk through another one of our refurbishment projects: Little Hands Design CIC (non-profit making Community Interest Company) and its flat above. Once home to Belsize Music Rooms, this building has been converted into another live-work abode for a creative industry. On the ground floor is a spacious area where people can learn how to sew, design, make, and play with textiles. Upstairs is the owner’s 3-bedroom flat, topped off with an outdoor roof garden. Live, work, and enjoy the fruits of the city in one place!
A rare opportunity for a two-for-one event during the London Festival of Architecture. Stay tuned for details.
