These are the final stages of the installation of fitted cabinetry on site.
Designed to run along the wall and wrap around the staircase, this bespoke oak veneer joinery brings warmth, texture and a sense of understated elegance to the flat.
Combining concealed, low-level closed storage with open shelving for books and carefully curated decorative pieces above, it creates a beautiful balance between practicality and display.
It also forms a secure barrier around the staircase, seamlessly integrating an essential safety element into the design. Its predominantly open structure allows natural light to filter through and cascade down to the windowless landing below, bringing light, openness and a sense of connection between the two levels.
